From intimate groups of 18 to full venue buyouts up to 200 cocktail-style. Spaces can be combined for flexible layouts.
Packages and minimums vary by date, time, and event section. A food and beverage minimum is the required spend on food and drinks before gratuity, service fee, and tax. Minimums are set by date, time frame, and room size, not by the number of guests. If your total spend does not meet the minimum, the difference will be charged as a Room Rental fee. Share your date and guest count, and we will provide a custom quote for your Fort Lauderdale holiday party.
Popular dates fill quickly. Reach out as soon as you have a target week or weekend, especially for December and New Year’s.
Yes. Choose from curated menu options and bar packages, with the ability to tailor selections for your group. Menus must be selected ten business days prior to your event. If menu selections are not received by this deadline, the chef’s choice will apply. Guest counts dropping below 15 guests at least five days prior may be subject to the chef’s choice of menu.
Yes. All guests must be 21 or older. Exceptions apply only for full venue buyouts.
Yes. Simple holiday accents and branded touches are welcome. Event sections are available 1 hour prior to your event for decorating; additional time is $150 per extra hour or fraction. Self-setup only, as our team does not install or style décor. Please follow our decoration policies: no tape on wallpapered walls, no staples or nails on interior materials, and no glitter, confetti, or wax candles. Any damage will result in a fee applied to the final bill. We are not responsible for items left after an event and cannot guarantee their security.
House music is included. Ask about DJ options and basic AV support for announcements or playlists.
Our team will adjust layouts and timing to keep guests comfortable while preserving the open-air vibe.
Yes. Celebratory cakes or cookies are welcome with advance notice. We will share plating details during your inquiry.
We are in downtown Fort Lauderdale, above Las Olas, with nearby garages and easy rideshare drop-off at 1 West Las Olas Boulevard. Valet service is available in the parking lot next door to Rooftop (201 South Andrews Avenue). Valet is available Thursday-Saturday.
In the unlikely event you should cancel, all deposits are nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation within seven days of the scheduled event, the client will be responsible for payment of 50% of the estimated food & beverage plus 7% sales tax & 20% gratuity. If the client cancels before seven days of the scheduled event, there will be no penalty, except for the nonrefundable deposit.
