Birthday Party FAQs

What kinds of birthday parties do you host?

21st and milestone birthdays, sunset cocktail parties, surprise celebrations, cocktail receptions, and DJ-hosted nights.

How many guests can you accommodate?

From intimate groups of 18 to full venue buyouts up to 200, cocktail style. Event sections can be combined for flexible layouts.

What are the pricing and minimums?

Minimums vary by date, time, and event section. A food and beverage minimum is the required spend on food and drinks before gratuity, service fee, and tax. Minimums are not based on guest count. If your total spend does not meet the minimum, the difference is charged as a Room Rental fee. Share your date and guest count for a custom quote.

Do you provide food and bar packages?

Yes. Choose from curated menu options and bar packages, with the ability to tailor selections for your group. Menus must be selected ten business days prior to your event. If selections are not received by that deadline, chef’s choice will apply. Guest counts dropping below 15 at least five days prior may be subject to chef’s choice of menu.

Is the venue 21 plus?

Yes. All guests must be 21 or older. Exceptions only apply to full venue buy outs.

Can we bring décor or a theme?

Yes. Event sections are available 1 hour prior to your event for decorating. Self-setup only; our team does not install, style, or break down décor. No tape on wallpapered walls, no staples or nails on interior materials, and no glitter, confetti, or wax candles. Any damage will result in a fee on the final bill. We are not responsible for items left after an event and cannot guarantee their security.

What about music and AV?

House music is included. Ask about DJ options and basic AV support for announcements or playlists.

What if the weather changes?

Our team will adjust layouts and timing to keep guests comfortable while preserving the open-air vibe.

Can we bring a birthday cake or outside dessert?

Yes. Celebratory cakes or cookies are welcome with advance notice. We will share plating details during your inquiry.

Where do guests park or get dropped off?

We are in downtown Fort Lauderdale above Las Olas with nearby garages and easy rideshare drop-off at 1 West Las Olas Boulevard. Valet service is available in the parking lot next door to Rooftop (201 South Andrews Avenue). Valet is available Thursday-Saturday.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

All deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel within seven days of the scheduled event, you will be responsible for 50% of the estimated food and beverage plus 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity. If you cancel before seven days, there is no penalty beyond the nonrefundable deposit.
