Welcome to the Rooftop @1WLO FAQ page! Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions our guests ask about dining, events, and more at Fort Lauderdale’s top rooftop bar destination.

Are reservations required?

Reservations at Rooftop are highly recommended as seating is limited but they are not required.
The Rooftop experience is designed to last two hours and we ask that you keep that in mind while enjoying your cocktails.

 

 

Do you take walk-ins?

Absolutely. You are more than welcome to walk in, but making a reservation will guarantee you a seating space for a two-hour window and expedited access to the Rooftop if there is a line to get in.

 

 

What does the deposit go towards?

The deposit is required to book the reservation. It is applied to the final bill (tax and gratuity not included) at the time of the reservation. If the final bill does not reach the total deposit, there are no refunds or transfers.

 

 

How many guests can I make a reservation for?

We can accommodate any size group between 2-10 guests. If your party is larger than 18 guests send your request on our website’s contact form or call 954-523-1956

Any parties over 18 guests are encouraged to contact our events department. We are pleased to offer several different event options for larger party sizes, including full buyouts of Rooftop for up to 200 guests.

 

 

Where should I park?

We offer valet service for $7 for the first 2 hours and $3 each add’l hour in the parking lot next door to Rooftop (201 South Andrews Avenue) with validation.

There are multiple parking garages in the surrounding area.

 

 

How long is the reservation?

The Rooftop experience is designed to last two hours and we ask that you keep that in mind while enjoying your cocktails.

 

 

Is there a Happy Hour?

Happy Hour is Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 4pm to 6pm and Saturday 2pm -4pm. $7 Tito’s, Don Julio, Bulleit, and Bacardi cocktails, $8 select nibbles, and $10 craft cocktails.

 

 

Do you have Brunch?

We are open Sundays at 12pm. We feature a brunch menu open to close. Bottomless Moet $40/per guest and house champagne for $20/per guest from 12pm-4pm.

 

 

Is there a dress code?

Rooftop asks that you keep your attire elevated when joining us. No gym wear, beach wear, tank-top, jerseys, or athletic hats.

 

 

Is gratuity included for reservations?

No. 18% gratuity and state sales tax are an additional fee when guests are closing out the tab.

 

 

What should I do if I am running late?

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, there may be a delay in seating you or possible cancellation.

 

 

I can’t make my reservation. How do I cancel it?

Per the terms of service at the time of reservation, all sales are final and non-refundable but fully transferable to another guest, not a future date. For further assistance, send us a message on our contact form or call 954-523-1956

 

 

Can I make a reservation on the same day?

Yes, reservations can be booked 30 mins before opening each day.

 

 

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to access Rooftop.

 

 

If I am celebrating a birthday, am I able to bring in my own dessert and balloons?

We do indeed allow outside cakes to be brought in for reservations however they will incur a $3 per person Presentation & Cutting Fee.

 

 

Do you all serve any food items?

Yes. Rooftop offers a selection of chef driven small plates and shareable items with a menu changing based on the freshest seasonal ingredients.

 

 

Can you accommodate any food allergies and special requests?

We would like to! Our staff is trained to be highly knowledgeable about what ingredients are in our dishes and cocktails and they can direct our guests to the appropriate items to order.

 

 

How late is the kitchen open?

Our kitchen is open Wed & Thursday 4pm-11pm, Friday & Saturday 2pm- Midnight & Sunday 2pm-9pm.

 

 

Do you have private events?

We are pleased to offer several different event options for larger party sizes starting at 18 people, including full buyouts of Rooftop for up to 200 guests.

Can I bring in my own wine?

We do not allow any outside beverages to be consumed at Rooftop.

 

 

Can I smoke at Rooftop?

We are a non-smoking building. If you would like to smoke, you are more than welcome to head downstairs to do so. Please notify the doorman so he knows to give you expedited re-entry.

 

 

Do you offer drink specials?

Yes, we have a variety of drink specials, including unique cocktails and seasonal offerings. Check with our staff or visit during happy hour for the latest deals.
